The Dorsey is a 14-story, 230 Unit High Rise Currently Under Construction in Downtown Denver. The Residential Building Situated on Park Avenue West between Welton and California Street is part of the future of Denver's growing skyline. Once completed, it will contain 230 luxury living units, a multi story garage, and a clubhouse over 10000 square feet.
